Engineers were designing buildings in Texas 50 years before architects had a practice act in Texas.  Architectural engineers are trained to provide civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering of buildings, whereas most architect firms subcontract the systems designs to various engineering firms.  So if you need a facility design in central or south Texas, David can give you turn-key design usually for a more competitive fee and in a more accelerated timeframe than the traditional architect-plus-engineers team.
